CARRIE + BORIS JOHNSON ANNOUNCE BIRTH OF BABY BOY, NAMED FRANK.
Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his Wife Carrie announced the birth of their son. A post on Instagram confirmed the baby's name as 'Frank Alfred Odysseus Johnson' and Carrie joked 'Can you guess which name my husband chose?' alluding to Boris Johnson's knowledge of classics.
SATS SCORES SHOW DECREASE IN READING STANDARDS.
This year's SATs results has shown a 2% decrease in pupils reaching the passable level for reading. In 2022, the pass rate was 75%, and this year it has fallen to 73%. Standards of pass rates have still not improved since pre-Covid as this year only 59% of students passed all three subjects as opposed to 65% back in 2019.
NATO ACCEPTS UKRAINE BUT REFUSES TO PROVIDE A TIMELINE.

NATO has accepted Ukraine's membership and is offering them a 'clear path', yet will not provide a clear timeline or end date.
